Arthur Mintz, age 93, of Orlando, passed away on Wednesday, December 9, 2020, at Hunter's Creek Nursing & Rehab Center. He was born on August 23, 1927, in Bronx, New York, to the late Philip and Lillian Farber Mintz. Following high school, he enlisted in the US Army, serving during World War II. After he was discharged, Arthur attended college. He ultimately moved into banking and mortgage servicing from which he retired. He relocated to the Orlando area from Queens in 2010, to be closer to his nephew. Arthur is survived by his nephews Melvin (Maria) Kunins of Orlando, Alan (Roslyn) Kunins of Long Island NY and Alvin (Marcia) Mintz of Boca Raton;and his niece Barbara (Bruce) Goldstein of Lake Worth. Due to the pandemic, a private family burial, with military honors, will be held at Cape Canaveral National Cemetery, with Rabbi Arnold Siegel of Jewish Family Services officiating.
