Daniel Bachrach, age 85, of Winter Park, passed away on Tuesday, June 11, 2019, at AdventHealth Hospice - Orlando. Born in Newark, New Jersey, he was the son of the late Louis and Jeanette Nichauser Bachrach. He served as a Navy Airman in Korea and earned his Master's degree from Seton Hall University. Dan was a Middle School educator and taught Shop.

He relocated to the Orlando area from New Jersey in 1989 and on February 3, 1991, married the former Susan Mendelsohn, his wife of over 28 years. In addition to his wife, he is survived by his sons David ( Elizabeth) Bachrach of New Jersey, Douglas Bachrach of New Jersey and Paul (Karen) Bachrach of New Jersey and his daughter Janet (James) Finney of New Jersey. He is also survived by his step-son Jeff (Carol) Blau of Atlanta and his step-daughter Robyn Eichenhold of Winter Park. Dan is also survived by his grandchildren Jonathan, Ella, Brian, Michael, Chiara, Dylan, Sara, Katyln, Jenna, Kayla, Kyle, Tyler and Carley. He was predeceased by his sister Barbara.

A graveside service will be held on Thursday, June 13, 2019, at 11 AM, at Congregation Ohev Shalom Cemetery, 6034 Old Winter Garden Road, Orlando 32835, with Rabbi Arnold Siegel officiating.
