Dr. Marvin E. Newman, 86, of Lake Mary died Monday August 2, 2021. Dr. Newman was born December 15, 1934 in Chicago, Illinois to the late Isaac & Fannie (Miller) Newman and moved to the Orlando area in 1961 from Chicago, Illinois. Dr. Newman was a retired attorney and professor and a proud graduate of Northwestern University.

Dr. Newman is survived by his loving wife of 62 years, Myrna (Dobrin) Newman of Lake Mary; 4 daughters, Terri (Tom) Stromfeld of Deland; Jamie (Josh) Field of Longwood; JoAnn (Bobby) Garfinkel of Longwood and Jodi (Jeff) Woller of Princeton, NJ; 10 grandchildren and his great-granddaughter.

Graveside Services for Dr. Newman will be held 10:00 AM Thursday August 5, 2021 at Temple Israel Cemetery (9302 Morton Jones Road, Gotha, Fla) with Rabbi Steven Engel officiating.
