Fred was born in Boston MA on July 14, 1951, son of the late Isaac and Annabel (Riznick) Kleinerman.
Fred is survived by his children, Jason Kleinerman (Alexandra) of Marlborough MA, and Maeghan Phillips (Brandon) of Salem MA; his older brother Mark Kleinerman of Quincy MA, his younger sister Sheila Kleinerman of Orlando FL; his nephews, Benjamin and Aaron Kleinerman and his niece Elizabeth Kleinerman.
Burial was private.
