Survived by her daughters Jody Kalman of Orlando and Susan Roberts Copp of Estacada OR,, son-in-law Charles Copp, daughter-in-law Marjorie Reinertson, 3 grandchildren, 6 great grandchildren, and 3 great great grandchildren.
Marian considered herself a native of Miami, Florida, as she moved there with her family at the age of three months old. Her nearly 98 years reflected a mosaic of America, with a painful beginning which included the devastating hurricaneof 1926, poverty of the depression and World War II—where she worked at Miami Shipyards supporting the war effort. She saw the introduction of great inventions from sliced bread to the iPad—on which she played endless hours of scrabble, often beating thecomputer! With children born in 1940, 1951, and 1961, she stayed up-to-date with the latest music, fashion, hairstyles and fads and thoroughly enjoyed each generation. Her nickname Bunny, was given to her by beloved husband Reeven, who passed away 15 years ago. At age 63, she went back to work as an airport greeter for Norwegian Cruise Line which fueled her love of cruising and travel. She explored the west coast from California to Washington with Susie and Charlie. A lifelong Disney fan, she and Reeven followed Jody to Orlando in 1996 and she enjoyed many hours visiting the theme parks and Disney Cruise Line. At 94, she flew to Europe for the first time to enjoy a cruise through the United Kingdom, Iceland, Norway, and Denmark. Bunny was a proud volunteer at GiveKids The World from 1998 until 2014 developing cherished bonds. Her passion for life was continually fueled by family, friends, and neighbors. Everyone who met her, loved her, and was inspired by her.
