MGySgt Hyman Micohen, United States Marine Corps Retired, died Saturday June 25, 2022 at Advent Hospice Altamonte Springs following a brief illness. MGySgt Micohen was born August 28, 1925 in Taunton, Massachusetts to the late Abraham & Bella (Osher) Micohen. MGySgt Micohen retired from the United States Marine Corps after 26 years of service and moved to the Orlando area in 1969 from Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. MGySgt Micohen is predeceased by his loving wife of 71 years Selma Micohen and his son Alan Micohen.

He is survived by his son; David (Lynne) Micohen of Winter Springs, Fla; grandchildren; Daniel and Leah; sister, Sylvia Basch of Hollywood, Fla.

Graveside Services for MGySgt Micohen will be held Tuesday, June 28, 2022, 10:00 AM at Ohev Shalom Cemetery with Rabbi Arnold Siegel officiating and with full military honors by the United States Marine Corps.
