Miriam Levy, age 96, passed away peacefully on Monday, January 6, 2020, in Englishtown, New Jersey. She was born in Leeds, England, on January 10, 1923, to the late Simon and Fannie Berman Sherman. Mrs. Levy was the widow of the late Ivor Levy who passed away in 2010 after 68 years of marriage. Prior to her returning to New Jersey, they had lived in the Orlando area since 1981.

Mrs. Levy is survived by her daughters Elise (Jerry) Saunders of Orlando and Janet (Harvey) Diamond of Manalapan NJ. She is also survived by her grandchildren Scott, Diedre (Jared), Brian, Brittany (Matt) and Zachary (Jamie) and great-grandchildren Brinkley, Ellie, Emmy, Avery, Ellie, Emmy, Dylan, Mikella, Samantha, Brody, Brynlee and Brock and two great-great grandchildren.

A graveside service will be held at Temple Israel Cemetery, Gotha, on Sunday, January 12, 2020 at 1:00 PM, with Rabbi Rick Sherwin officiating.
