Mr. Alexander C. Morton, 92, Davenport, Florida passed away peacefully Thursday, March 13, 2025 at AdventHealth Hospice Kissimmee following a brief illness. Mr. Morton was born December 10, 1932 in Bronx, New York to the late Jay & Gladys (Orth) Morton. As a teen he moved to the Miami, Florida area and in 1994 moved to the Orlando area. He was a retired newspaper publisher and a proud United States Army veteran having served in the Korea War.

Mr. Morton is survived by his devoted children; son, Sascha (Lisa) Morton and daughter Marlissa (Christopher) Dale both of Orlando, Florida; his beloved grandchildren, Christian Morton, Alexia Morton, Kingston Morton, Jacob Dale and Kennedy Hawkins Dale.

A Celebration of Life for Mr. Morton will be held Tuesday, March 18, 2025 at 6:00 PM at Southwest Orlando Jewish Congregation (11200 S Apopka Vineland Rd, Orlando, FL 32836) with Rabbi Robert Lefkowitz officiating. May he rest in peace and may his memory always be a blessing.

Graveside Service with military honors will be held Wednesday, March 19, 2025 at 9:30 AM at Cape Canaveral National Cemetery (5525 US-1, Mims, FL 32754) gathering in Lane C.
