Mark Silverberg, 92, Lake Mary, Florida passed away February 11, 2026 at Advent Health Hospice following a brief illness. Mark was born in Cleveland, Ohio in 1934 to the late Edward & Hilda (Brown) Silverberg of blessed memory and spent his childhood there before attending University of Pennsylvania. He married his beloved Lois (Feldman) Silverberg in 1963 of blessed memory. They moved to Greensburg, PA where he served as president of his temple, Temple-Emanuel. He was president of Jeannette Corporation until he retired to Orlando in 1985. In 1973 he became a member of YPO where he stayed active until last year. In Orlando he served on the board of Kinneret for many years and was a devoted volunteer at Camp Wekiva. He will be missed by his family and all those he worked with and volunteered with.
Father to David (Rebecca) Silverberg of Jacksonville, Florida, Leslye Silverberg of Orlando, Florida and Jay (Tricia) Silverberg of Orlando, Florida; Grandfather to Jenna, Jamie, Rachel, Jared, Shawn and Ben; Great-grandfather to Rylie, Callie, Livi, Emmet and McKenna.
Funeral Service for Mr. Silverberg will be held 1:00 PM, Friday, February 13, 2026 in the Jacob "Yank" Frank Memorial Chapel of Temple Israel (9302 Morton Jones Road, Gotha, Florida) with Rabbi Arnold Siegel of Jewish Family Services officiating. Interment will follow at Congregation of Reform Judaism Cemetery. May he rest in peace and may his memory be a blessing.
