Mr. Richard H. Solomon, 92, Clermont, Florida passed away Tuesday, June 27, 2023 at Orlando Health - Health Central following a brief illness. Mr. Solomon was born December 7, 1930 in Bronze, New York to the late Fred & Estelle (Lipton) Solomon. Mr. Solomon was a retired wholesale buyer in the fabric industry. He was a proud Air Force Veteran serving in World War II. He and his wife moved to the Central Florida area in 1985 from New York.

Mr. Solomon is survived by his devoted wife of 70 years; Frances "Fritzy" Solomon of Clermont, Florida; beloved daughters; Blanche Solomon of York, South Carolina, Dr. Maris (Doug) Ramsay of Clermont, Florida and Rochelle Battersby of St. Augustine, Florida; cherished grandchildren; Sarah, Jason, Michael, Rebecca and Meredith and great-grandchildren; Micah, Samuel, Amelia and Tyler.

Graveside Services for Mr. Solomon will be held Friday, June 30, 2023 at 11:00 AM at Temple Israel Cemetery (9302 Morton Jones Road, Gotha, FL.) with Cantor Doug Ramsay officiating and military honors by the United States Air Force.

Shiva Minyan will be Sunday, Monday, Tuesday evening's at 7:30 PM at the home of Dr. Maris & Doug Ramsay.
