Tamara Kaufman, age 90, of Charlevoix, Michigan, passed away peacefully at Hiland Cottage/McLaren Hospital Hospice in Petosky MI, on January 8, 2020. Mrs. Kaufman was born in Korestan, Russia, to the late Meyer and Sonia Shirman Drianksi, on June 14, 1929.

Mrs. Kaufman was a homemaker and the widow of the late Samuel Kaufman who passed away in 2012. Residents of Williamsburg, they were among the earliest members of Southwest Orlando Jewish Congregation. Following Mr. Kaufman's death, she relocated to Michigan to be closer to her family.

Mrs. Kaufman is survived by her son Nathan (Cindy) Kaufman of Charlevoix MI and her grandchildren Isaac, Jacob, Daniel, Michael, Jordan, Benjamin and Yael and her great-grandchildren Zoe, Samuel, Maya, Joseph and Sloan.

Graveside funeral services and burial were held at Congregation Ohev Shalom Cemetery with Rabbi Arnold Siegel of Jewish Family Services officiating.
