Debra Lynn Alpert, age 63, of Lutz, FL, passed away on Tuesday, December 25, 2018, at Florida Hospital - Tampa. She was born in Stamford, Connecticut, to the late Edward and Elinor Hanswirth Alpert on September 10, 1955. Debra was a graduate of the University of Pittsburgh and, during her working career, was a systems engineer in the computer industry. On October 26, 1988, in Tampa, she married Abraham (Avi) Stern, her husband of 30 years who survives her. She is also survived by her son, M. Jesse (Lauren Nasta) Stern of Jacksonville, her brother Steven (Pamela) Alpert of Jacksonville and her sister, Harriette (Scott) Woodard of Colorado.
