On Saturday, April 17, 2021, Michael Howard Friedman passed after having bravely faced cancer. He was the most wonderful husband to Brenda; father to Tami, Renee, Rob and Dave; and grandfather to Jennifer, Annie and Alex. He was such a kind and loving soul and everyone he met, he made an impact.
He knew everything there was to know about cars and would impress all by spotting any car and knowing exactly what it was and when it was made. He had made lifelong friends within his life long career in the car business. His amazing charm, incredible wit and ability to set anyone at ease caused him to receive thank you notes for selling a person a car.
Michael was born in Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania to Sam and Pauline Friedman. He is survived by his sister, Marilyn Kaplan of Orlando, Florida. He was preceded in death by his sister Lila of Kingston, Pennsylvania.
His family will always remember how loving and kind he was and how strong he was up until the end of his life. His love for his family showed in everything that he did. Brenda was the love of his life and all who knew them could see this clearly. He was funny and knew exactly how to make you smile. His hugs were like gold, so incredibly precious and these hugs were his superpower. His grandchildren meant the world to him and the impact he made on their lives will stay with them always.
You will be so greatly missed by everyone who knew and loved you. His family is incredibly humbled by how many people's lives he touched and how many love him. He made his children and grandchildren aware that he was their biggest fan by always being on their side. You now have peace and are finally free of pain and that is the trade off for your family that makes our pain bearable. You are loved until the end of time. Making your final hug last until we meet again in heaven.
