Mr. David W. Popick, Esq, 83, Fern Park, Florida passed away Thursday, October 31, 2024 at Advent Health Hospice following a brief illness. Mr. Popick was born January 31, 1941 in New York City, New York to the late Jacob & Ruth (Waldman) Popick. Mr. Popick grew up in Miami Beach, Florida and was a graduate of the University of Miami and the University of Florida. After graduating law school David practiced in Coral Gables, Florida before moving to the Winter Park, Florida in 1982. He regularly attended Congregation of Ohev Shalom.

Mr. Popick is survived by his husband of 55 years, David Rhinehart of Fern Park, Florida; foster son, Matthew Djack of Fern Park, Florida; sister, Ricki Markman of Davie, Florida; nephew, Andy Popick; niece Melissa Barnhardt and great niece Rylie Barnhardt.

Graveside service for Mr. Popick will be held Tuesday, November 5, 2024 at 11:30 AM at Mt. Nebo Memorial Park (5505 NW 3rd Street, Miami, FL) with Rabbi Marc Labowitz officiating. May he rest in peace and may his memory always be a blessing.
