Harvey Kahan, age 87 of Apopka FL, passed away on September 5th, 2022. He was married to my mom M Linda Kahan for 53 years before she passed away. He is survived by his sons Andrew and David, his brother Steven, sister Susan, and grandchildren Zachariah and Kyle.
Dad was a proud US Army veteran, a retired teacher and school administrator, and independent businessman. He helped out in the family coffee roasting business, King Harv's Imperial Coffees, which was named in his honor. Dad was a true patriarch of our family, a force of nature, and a moral compass for us all. He was fiercely devoted to his family, and there was nothing he would not do for anyone in need. Dad loved our country.
Graveside Services will be held at 10:00 AM Friday September 9th, 2022 at Congregation of Reform Judaism Cemetery with Rabbi Arnold Siegel officiating.
Services entrusted to Beth Shalom Memorial Chapel, 933 Lee Road, Suite 101, Orlando, Florida 407-599-1180
