Mr. Howard A. Forman, 65, of Winter Park died Tuesday July 19, 2022 at Health Central following a brief illness. Mr. Forman was born October 12, 1956 in Washington, District of Columbia to the late Jacob & Rosalyn (Levine) Forman and moving to the Orlando area in 1980 from Silver Springs, Maryland.

Mr. Forman is survived by his loving sister, Rita Frank of Virginia Beach, VA; nieces, Jessica (Eric) Patterson; Rose (Matt) Hopstetter; Ilene (Larry) Topper; nephew, Abraham (Anita) Frank and several great nieces and nephews.

A Memorial Service for Mr. Forman will be held August 9, 2022 at 10:00 AM in the Chapel of Beth Shalom Memorial Chapel (835 Lee Road) with Rabbi Arnold Siegel officiating.
