Mr. Jay B. Wolfe, 80, of Oviedo, Florida passed away peacefully Monday, November 10, 2025 at AdventHealth Winter Park following a brief illness. Mr. Wolfe was born October 17, 1945 in Brooklyn, New York to the late Lewis & Sybil (Port) Wolfe of blessed memory. Mr. Wolfe was a retired Pastry Chef and a proud United States Air Force veteran. He moved to the Orlando area in 1980 from St. Petersburg, Florida.

Mr. Wolfe is survived by his devoted brother; Michael (Donna) Wolfe of Manhattan, New York; nephew, Alexander (Lindsay) Wolfe and great-nephews; Liam Wolfe and Spencer Wolfe.
