Mrs. Cecilia "Ceil" Tyne, 81, of Oviedo, Florida passed away Monday, October 12, 2026 at Oviedo Medical Center following a brief illness. Mrs. Tyne was born August 22, 1945 in New York City, New York to the late Joseph & Lillian (Martin) Moulle of blessed memory. She moved to the Oviedo area in 1987 from Cleveland, Ohio and retired from the State of Florida Water Management Division and a member of Temple Shir Shalom.

Ceil is survived by her loving and devoted husband of 36 years; Jay Tyne of Oviedo, Florida and a host of many friends. May Ceil rest in peace and may her memory always be a blessing.
