Mrs. Lauren Ellen Shaeffer-Vandivier, 63, of Orlando died Sunday, October 10, 2021, at Cornerstone Hospice, following a brief illness. Mrs. Shaeffer-Vandivier was born on January 19, 1948, in Philadelphia PA to Jeanne Singer Shaeffer and the late Jerome Shaeffer, and moved to the Orlando area in 2007 from Coral Springs FL. She retired from the Orange County School Board as a Curriculum Specialist.

Mrs. Shaeffer-Vandivier is survived by Robert Vandivier of Orlando, her husband of seven years; her daughters Alexa (Jon) Miller of Ocoee and Samantha (Chad) Bryant of Margate FL; her son Dylan (Nicole Martinez) Shaeffer-Foley of Orlando; her brother, Ronald (Judy) Shaeffer of Boynton Beach FL, and her mother Jeanne Singer Shaeffer of Coconut Creek FL.

Funeral services for Mrs. Lauren Ellen Shaeffer-Vandivier will be held Wednesday, October 13, 2021, at 1:00 PM in the Pavilion of Temple Israel Cemetery, 9200 Morton Jones Road, Gotha. Interment will follow in Congregation of Reform Judaism cemetery.
